Cooking & Spanish / Tinga de pollo

La carne al tomate o tinga  es un platillo típico mexicano elaborado con carne deshebrada (pollo, res o cerdo), una salsa a base de tomate, cebolla, ajo, Chile chipotle. Originaria del estado de Puebla, se consume siempre como guarnición de otros platillos (tostadas de   tinga ) o como relleno (molotes de  tinga ). La tinga es un guisado, puede ser con carne o una opción vegetariana (zanahorias, flores de jamaica u otros). The meat with chipotle-tomato sauce or tinga is a typical Mexican dish made with shredded meat (chicken, beef or pork), a tomato-based sauce, onion, garlic, Chile chipotle. Originally from the state of Puebla, it is always consumed as a garnish of other dishes (tinga tostadas) or as a filling (tinga molotes). El pasado 17 de junio disfrutamos la Fiesta de la Música en el centro de San José. El centro histórico se llenó de sonido, luces y alegría ¡Una de las mejores noches cabeñas!
