You are in 5 minutos de español Episode 71 and today we welcome you with this short verb but with many uses and quite irregular in its conjugation and it is the verb DAR which is to donate something or give something to another.

DAR, 3 letters, should be simple, but it is not, it is translated in English as to give.

Dar una vuelta- to take a walk

Dar una recomendación- to give a recommendation

Dar un mensaje -  to give a message

El quinto es dar de comer

 

Si en esa casa tienes un perrito o una mascota, denle de comer al perro dice la madre en la lista de tareas de los niños que les deja cuando va a trabajar

 

Le damos los huesos al perrito y está feliz

Dijimos que es un verbo de 3 letras pero con muchos usos.
