“Enterarse” is:
anunciar, to announce
comunicar, to communicate
informar, to inform
contar, to tell. “Contar” you already have it in other 5 minutes.

“Enterarse” is used a
lot in the media, if you live in Los Cabos or visit this beautiful place you
surely heard the slogan of a local radio station (I'm not going to say the
name, they don't need more publicity)
