Uso en la cocina / Uses in the kitchen:

It is ideal to eat alone, for smoothy with orange and Chia or whith lemmon and Chia, adding cold water, of course. You may be put sea water, about 50 milligrams of filtered sea water and so have various minerals in the drink.
It is excellent for sweets, let a recipe at the end of the post.

Usos medicinales / Medicinal uses
1 Nerves: make a tea with the leaves, take hot or cold, take it during all day long.
The tea is made with 4 or 5 leaves, let it rest for an hour or more in boiling water or cook for a few minutes, it has a good flavor and you can add lemon, the taste is nice. It can take as cold water, I prefer it that way.
2 Insomnia: drink tea at night, using the leaves. In this case it is best to take warm and you can add organic honey.
3 is used for rheumatism, macerated the leaves in water during all night and massage. Applied wet compresses to the painful area, cold compresses.
4 At this times, it is also used to lower blood pressure, how wonderful! It is very simple and easy to take, very, very economical. If you are taking a blood pressure medication it would not be logical to take it every day.
